For large photo retailer Kamera Express Eperium developed an UX strategy and redesign to reach as well the amateur photographer, the family photographer, the semi-professional as the professional photographer, who all have different needs and criteria.

I was responsible for doing the expert review of the check-out process. Also for the workshops: setting up the goals, defining the KPI’s and design brief, creating persona’s and making customer journey’s, feature mapping, making a moodboard and presenting concept designs and for translating the outcomes into a UX and visual design of the new webshop.
